Returns & Exchanges

At Generation Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new styles aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
